Información importante – Venta de entradas
Queremos informar a todos los asistentes que la entrada no se envía por correo electrónico.
Tras realizar la compra, recibiréis únicamente el justificante de pago, que será el documento necesario para el acceso al evento.
En el momento de la entrada al recinto, deberéis presentar dicho justificante y, una vez verificado, se os hará entrega de vuestra entrada en forma de pulsera, correspondiente a la franja horaria que hayáis abonado.
Las entradas adquiridas para el evento no admiten cambios ni devoluciones, salvo cancelación del evento o modificación sustancial imputable a la organización.
En caso de error en la compra o incidencia técnica, deberá comunicarse en un plazo máximo de 24 horas desde la realización de la compra.
La imposibilidad de asistir al evento por causas personales del comprador no dará derecho al reembolso del importe abonado.
Las entradas podrán ser cedidas a otra persona, salvo indicación expresa de la organización.

We would like to inform all attendees that tickets are not sent by email.
After completing the purchase, you will only receive the payment confirmation, which will be the required document for entry to the event.
Upon arrival at the venue, you must present this confirmation and, once verified, you will be given your entry wristband corresponding to the time slot you have purchased.
Tickets purchased for the event are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except in the case of event cancellation or substantial modifications attributable to the organization.
In the event of a purchase error or technical issue, this must be reported within a maximum period of 24 hours from the time of purchase.
Failure to attend the event due to personal reasons of the purchaser will not entitle them to a refund.
Tickets may be transferred to another person unless otherwise expressly indicated by the organization.
